The roast profile is light-medium, specifically crafted to highlight delicate floral notes while maintaining a honey-like body. The flavor profile features distinct notes of rose tea, lemongrass, orange, apple, kiwi, and honey. This coffee is suitable for various brewing methods including pour-over, siphon, and French press.
