Yuan Yin Yuan Coffee Farm is located in the Dehong area of Yunnan Province, China, surrounded by mountains that create a unique basin climate ideal for coffee cultivation. Produced in collaboration with the Dehong Tropical Crop Research Institute, this coffee uses the Catimor P4 (7963) variety grown at 1,400–1,580m altitude. It undergoes a yeast fermentation honey process: ripe cherries are pulped, and the pulp is reintroduced into a water tank with mucilage-covered parchment, fermented with coffee-specific yeast for 150 hours, then dried without washing. Tasting notes include oolong tea, lychee, peach, and a smooth, tea-like finish.
