It is processed using the red honey method, which involves partially retaining the mucilage during drying to influence the final cup profile.

Daniel Borrás and Taylor Lafitte co founded Flow Coffee in Atlanta after meeting and working together in Argentina's specialty coffee scene. The micro roastery specializes exclusively in Colombian grown coffee, offering up to 15 different Colombian lots on a manual pour over brew bar. Flow operates as a pop up format at Cultured South Fermentation Co., with both founders maintaining full time positions at Perc Coffee alongside the venture.
