This Castillo variety coffee is produced by Gonzalo Mancilla at the San Fernando farm in the Mesa de Los Santos region of Santander, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level, this coffee undergoes a hydro natural process. It is offered as a whole bean product.
Daniel Borrás and Taylor Lafitte co founded Flow Coffee in Atlanta after meeting and working together in Argentina's specialty coffee scene. The micro roastery specializes exclusively in Colombian grown coffee, offering up to 15 different Colombian lots on a manual pour over brew bar. Flow operates as a pop up format at Cultured South Fermentation Co., with both founders maintaining full time positions at Perc Coffee alongside the venture.
