This coffee is a Bourbon variety from the Gisoko washing station in the Cankuzo province of Burundi, grown at an altitude of 1681 meters. It is a washed process coffee. The flavor profile features notes of strawberry, jam, cream, and baking spices, with a medium body and a hint of citrus.
