This coffee is a single-origin Arabica from the Sur de Minas region in Brazil, grown at an altitude of 800 to 900 meters. It is a Rubi variety processed using the natural method. The coffee features a light body with low acidity and medium sweetness. Its flavor profile is characterized by notes of nuts, cocoa, and brownie, with a distinct cocoa aroma.
Cero Coffee Roasters is a certified B Corp micro roastery established in Madrid in 2017. They roast on Coffee Tech equipment, using Ghibli and Silon roasters to produce specialty coffee with a focus on natural and organic offerings.
