It is sourced from the Cocatrel Cooperative and processed at the Caixa De Fruta station using a static box drying method, which helps maintain a stable temperature below 40 °C. This process results in a distinct flavor profile characterized by red fruit notes and creamy milk chocolate. It is a blend of various coffee varieties.
