This coffee comes from Fazenda Guariroba in Campo das Vertentes, Santo Antonio do Amparo, at around 1,100 meters altitude, featuring the Catuai variety. The farm won 1st place at Cup of Excellence Brazil (Naturals) in 2016 with a 90.5 score. Cherries are harvested at over 24° Brix, hand-picked selectively, then placed in a closed bioreactor for 36 hours. Drying takes place on African beds for 30-40 days. The cup features passionfruit brightness, prune-like depth, caramel sweetness, and eucalyptus notes.
