This single-lot coffee is produced by Raymundo Ayca at Finca Mathias in the Licoma region of Bolivia. Grown at an altitude of 1900-2000 meters, this Red Catuai variety is processed using a fully washed method. The coffee offers a smooth, milky body with a flavor profile featuring notes of maple syrup, apple, and a nutmeg finish. It is a classic washed microlot suitable for a morning cup.
