El Avión is a single-origin coffee from the Mozonte region in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. Grown at an altitude of 1500 to 1750 meters by producer Mario Gonzalez, this coffee is a Red Catuai variety processed using the washed method. The beans are cultivated under the shade of large conifers, which helps regulate moisture and temperature. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of smooth chocolate, sweet orange, and toffee.
