This coffee is a washed process selection from the Banko Gotiti washing station in the Gedeo region of Ethiopia. Grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 1950-2100 meters, the coffee is cultivated in the shade of trees and enset plants. The cherries are hand-sorted, fermented for 36-48 hours, and slow-dried on raised beds for 10-15 days. This coffee is known for its elegant and nuanced profile, featuring notes of apricot, black tea, citrus, and honey, with a sweet and floral character.
