This organic coffee is sourced from the Gedeo region of Ethiopia and processed at the SNAP washing station. It is a natural processed coffee grown at an altitude between 2000 and 2300 meters. The variety is Heirloom. This coffee offers a flavor profile characterized by notes of berries, black tea, and sweetness. It is roasted as an omni roast, making it suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
Man Versus Machine is a Munich based specialty-coffee roastery founded in 2014 by Marco and Cornelia Mehrwald, roasting on site and operating several cafes in the city. The team favors light–to–medium, balanced and sweet roast profiles and offers omni profiles suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Man Versus Machine sources from specialty suppliers and at times works with the likes of Nordic Approach to keep a rotating lineup of single-origin lots and blends. Some of their coffees have been transported sustainably by sail.
