Puno region-based washed coffee from Armando Soncco, grown in Belén, Alto Inambari, Sandia, Puno at about 1,800 meters. The coffee uses a selective hand-picked harvest with depulping and roughly 25 hours of fermentation in an open tank, followed by 15 days of sun exposure on raised beds. Roasted very lightly to preserve florality and citrus notes; profile is described as perfumed with a bright, clean cup.
