This coffee is a natural processed 74158 variety from the Hamasho Kebena village in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2300-2400 meters, this light roast coffee is produced by Tamiru Tadesse. The flavor profile features notes of blueberry, mandarin orange, rose, and white tea, offering a combination of deep fruit sweetness, fresh citrus, and delicate floral undertones with a gentle tannic finish.
Founded in 2020 at the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, Moonwake Coffee Roasters emerged from the passion of two former tech engineers, Ming Wood from Tesla and Mabel Yeung from Meta.
