This coffee is a natural processed lot from the Idido Washing Station in the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude between 1,960 and 2,090 meters, it consists of indigenous Heirloom varieties cultivated in garden and semi-forest systems. The coffee is known for its expressive profile, featuring tasting notes of plum, milk chocolate, and berries. It offers a smooth milk chocolate base with lush fruit and vibrant sweetness, characteristic of the Yirgacheffe region.
