A natural processed Grade AA Arabica coffee from Yemen, produced by single farmer Sageer Al Khoulani in the village of Masar, West Haraz region, at 2200 meters altitude. The Dawairy variety was harvested in March 2020 from a nano-lot of only 31kg, sourced via Direct Trade through Sabcomeed. Roasted to a medium level for filter brewing, it offers a juicy, fruit-forward cup with tasting notes of blackcurrant, white chocolate, banana, and apricot.
