This single origin coffee is grown at high altitude in the Gedeo Zone of Ethiopia. Produced by SNAP, it is cultivated by smallholder farmers using traditional garden systems under a canopy of native trees. The coffee is processed using the washed method. It features a refined flavor profile with notes of mandarin, jasmine, and white peach. This medium-light roast is versatile and suitable for various brewing methods, including pour over, coffee machines, and French press.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together. They started by roasting beans for themselves and their friends, which eventually blossomed into a full-fledged business. Their approach is centered on sourcing exceptional, certified organic coffees and roasting them to be smooth, balanced, and inviting.
