This Pink Bourbon from Wilton Benitez is grown in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia (Granja Paraíso 92) at 1950 MASL. Pink Bourbon undergoes anaerobic fermentations and a thermal-shock wash. Light-roast coffee with vibrant acidity and tropical sweetness, showing passion fruit, peach, lemon and a hoppy, fruity funk with a light body.
