This house blend pairs natural Yellow Bourbon from Minas Gerais, Brazil with natural Heirloom from Sidama, Ethiopia. The Brazilian component brings caramel and chocolate, while the Ethiopian lot contributes bright strawberry that lifts the blend. Roasted to medium dark for espresso extraction, it delivers a creamy, chocolatey body with balanced acidity that works well in milk.
Originally established in 2002 by founders Sascha Spittel and Robert Stock as Tres Cabezas and rebranded to 19grams in 2018, this Berlin-based roastery has been a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Germany when the movement was barely recognized in the country.
