This coffee is a Kenyan single-origin lot from the Weithaga processing station in the Nyeri region, grown at an altitude of 1400 to 1700 meters. Produced by smallholder farmers, it consists of SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties. The coffee is processed using the fully washed method. It features a complex and intense profile with vibrant acidity, characterized by notes of pomegranate, black currant, hibiscus, and a rich dark chocolate finish.
