It is produced by the Barichu Farmer Cooperative Society and processed at the Gatomboya wet mill using a washed method. The beans are a blend of SL 28, SL 34, and Ruiru 11 varieties. The flavor profile features notes of tomato, red fruits, rosehip, citrus, grapefruit, and fresh walnut, characterized by a vibrant, citric acidity and a juicy mouthfeel.
