About This Coffee

This coffee is a Java variety from the Waliki farm in the Caranavi region of Bolivia, grown at an altitude of 1600 meters. Produced by the Los Rodriguez family, this coffee undergoes a unique 'coco natural' processing method where cherries are washed, patio-dried, and finished in stationary box dryers. The resulting cup offers a sweet flavor profile characterized by notes of vanilla, stewed cherries, and brown sugar, with a subtle boozy finish.
