This washed Java is produced by Marcial Huanca at Finca Palmar in the Caranavi region of Bolivia. The coffee is depulped, fermented, and carefully dried. It features honey sweetness, delicate white and yellow floral notes, and a soft, clean texture. The cup is characterized by very low acidity and a gentle, round finish.
