About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from the Agri Evolve project in the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda, grown at an altitude of 1800 meters. It consists of SL14 and SL34 varieties and undergoes an extended fermentation natural process, where cherries are sealed in barrels for four days before being dried on raised beds. The resulting cup profile is bright and fruity, featuring distinct notes of blackberry and violet with a juicy body.
