This coffee is sourced from the Sirinya family-run farm in the Chiang Rai province of Thailand, located at an altitude of 1450 meters. It is a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, and Catimor varieties. The coffee undergoes a unique processing method involving anaerobic fermentation in barrels with local yeast before being honey processed and sun-dried. This results in a complex, fruity, and round cup with high sweetness and distinct flavor notes of pear, guava, and hazelnut.
