This coffee is sourced from three family estates—Sidalogan, Sibisa, and Motung—located near Lake Toba in North Sumatra, Indonesia, at an altitude of 1350 meters. The coffee is a blend of Caturra and S-795 varieties, processed using a honey method. The flavor profile features vivid notes of strawberry, pomegranate, and floral honey, balanced by a foundation of bittersweet chocolate and a tart grapefruit finish. This medium-roast coffee offers a complex, fruit-forward character unique to the volcanic soil of the region.
