This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Bensa-Huro Tibro region in Sidama, Ethiopia, at an altitude of 1,950 to 1,990 meters. It is a natural-processed coffee featuring the 74/112 and 74/110 varieties. The flavor profile is fruit-forward, characterized by notes of blackberry jam, tropical fruits, and a milk chocolate base, complemented by a lemonade-like sweetness and a long finish. It is suitable for both pour-over brewing and espresso preparation.
Clifftop Coffee Roasters is a Portugal-based specialty roaster that sources single-origin coffee seasonally and ships it freshly roasted across Europe. It started in 2021 with coffee roasted on a balcony overlooking the sea and sold at a local market, then grew into a nano-roastery. The operation has scaled up since, with a bigger roaster, and a dedicated warehouse. Green coffee is sourced seasonally and roasted for balance and consistency, backed by quality control and regular cupping, across a rotating lineup that has recently included Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, and Rwanda.
