This coffee is an Arara variety produced at Sitio Cordilheiras, located in the mountainous Caparaó region of Espirito Santo, Brazil. Grown on a high-altitude plot bordering a national park, this coffee is processed using a Honey method with a 48-hour fermentation period between depulping and drying. The roast is medium, resulting in a complex flavor profile featuring notes of apricot, white grape, honey, and floral characteristics. This lot was awarded 2nd place in the Coffee of the Year competition in Brazil.
