This single-origin coffee is an Arara variety grown on the steep eastern slopes of the Caparaó mountains in Brazil. Produced by farmer Fabiano Machado, this coffee is processed using the natural method. It features a smooth, chocolatey profile with a rounded medium body and a long, elegant aftertaste. Tasting notes include caramel and roasted hazelnut, complemented by red fruits and a gentle citric acidity.
