Simbi Honey

About This Coffee

This Simbi coffee is sourced from the Huye region in Rwanda, grown at an altitude of 1,850 meters. It is a Bourbon variety coffee processed using the natural method, where cherries are dried with the fruit intact. This process results in a sweet and fruity flavor profile with notes of fudgy toffee, sweet blueberry jam, and dried fig. The coffee is characterized by a juicy mouthfeel and a thick body, making it well-suited for espresso preparation.
