This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Huye district in Rwanda, specifically sourced from 300 smallholder farmers in the Rugarama area. Grown at altitudes between 1,700 and 1,850 meters, this Bourbon variety is processed using a natural method where cherries are sun-dried on raised meshes for approximately 30 days. The flavor profile features notes of blackberry, fig, and orange, with a juicy, light body and a citric acidity. It is optimized for filter brewing methods.
