This coffee is a Peru Gesha (Geisha) washed process from the Shipago farm in Utcubamba. The farm focuses on Geisha among other varieties, and the coffee underwent cherry fermentation followed by pulping and extended fermentation before washing. The process is washed and the final cup is described as clean with minimal process flavors.
