This natural processed coffee comes from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1,850 to 2,100 meters. It is produced by 500 local smallholder farmers and processed at the Hadeso washing station. The flavor profile features notes of freeze-dried roses, candied blueberries, raspberry, white sugar, milk chocolate, and fig. It offers a silky body with a juicy acidity reminiscent of forest fruits, resulting in a long, pleasant, and sweet finish.
Nomad Coffee, founded in 2014 by award‑winning barista Jordi Mestre, established its first roastery-cafe in Barcelonas Poblenou in 2015, combining bean sourcing, roasting and public training in one space. Known for minimalist aesthetics and precision brewing, Nomad focuses on light roast clarity, often compared to Nordic style without sacrificing sweetness.
