This lot underwent anaerobic co-fermentation with CO2, wine yeast, fruit glucose, and dehydrated strawberries, then dried in shade and Grain-Pro bags. Flavor notes emphasize strawberry, peach, and pineapple with confectionary sweetness and bright, fruity character.
