This coffee is a single-origin bean from the San Vicente Yogondoy community in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is grown at 1500–1700 meters above sea level and processed using a Washed method. The Pluma variety is common in this lot. Tasting notes include Peach Pie, Brown Sugar, and Root Beer.
Night Swim Coffee was established in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2021 through the merger of two pioneering operations: Not Just Coffee, founded in 2011 by James and Miracle Yoder, and Undercurrent Coffee, founded in 2018 by Todd and Erin Huber. United under Black Rock Hospitality, the combined entity operates 15 kilogram and 35 kilogram Loring Falcon and Kestrel roasters that enable precision roasting across multiple coffee concepts.
