This is a washed, medium-light roasted single-origin coffee from Honduras. It is produced from Finca La Naturaleza and recommended for both espresso and filter brewing, with apple-like sweetness and balanced acidity.

Their stated aim is to eliminate defects, get extraction as clean as possible, and back it all up with numbers.
