About This Coffee

This outstanding Pink Bourbon coffee comes from the Villamaría region in Caldas, Colombia — an area shaped by volcanic soils, lush landscapes, and ideal conditions for producing high-quality specialty coffee. The coffee cherries are harvested by 30 to 50 small producer families around Villarazo and delivered to the Jamaica processing station. After harvest, the cherries are sorted, depulped, fermented, washed and dried on raised beds. Pink Bourbon is celebrated for its floral character and refined sweetness, delivering a clean and expressive cup.

Chris and Janet, two coffee enthusiasts with more than 25 years of combined experience, founded Cabana Coffee Roasters in Berlin Kreuzberg.
