This Geisha lot is grown by Miguel Lopez in La Palma, Chirinos, Cajamarca, Peru, at an altitude of 1,750 to 1,850 meters. The coffee is washed and processed in traditional open-air tiled tanks before being dried on raised beds. It offers a delicate flavor profile featuring notes of elderflower, mandarin, and honeydew. This light roast coffee is noted for its clean, sweet, and elegant character, making it particularly well-suited for pour-over brewing methods.
Rob and Vikki Hodge founded Rave Coffee in Cirencester in 2011. The roastery moved into a renovated building on Phoenix Way in spring 2023, housing two Loring roasters, a 70kg and the original 35kg.
