A Natural Geisha from Finca Carmen Estate in Paso Ancho, Chiriquí, Panama, grown at 1700–1900 masl. Harvested in March 2024, this lot underwent 48 hours of fermentation followed by 8 days of sun drying on raised African beds. The light roast presents flavor notes of white peach, orange blossom, and rose. Best suited for filter brewing, particularly V60, at a cooler temperature, with a recommended rest of 3–4 weeks.
