This coffee is a Geisha variety from the historic Mama Cata Estate in the Chiriquí region of Panama, grown at high altitude. It is processed using an anaerobic natural method, involving 48 hours of fermentation followed by 27 days of drying on raised beds. The flavor profile is complex and vibrant, featuring notes of hibiscus tea, bergamot, blueberry, milk chocolate, and jasmine. This light-roasted coffee offers a syrupy sweetness and high clarity, reflecting the estate's long-standing expertise in producing exceptional Geisha coffee.
