This Panama Gesha washed coffee comes from the Falda plot at Elida Estate near Volcán Barú, Chiriquí. Grown at about 1800 meters, it is processed washed with Cold Room Dried (CRD) drying. Cherries are picked at full maturity and dried in a climate-controlled environment to preserve clarity and expression of the Gesha at high altitude.
