A single-origin Bourbon variety from Damarli Estate, located in the Volcancito/Palmira Arriba area of Boquete, Panama, at 1,500 masl. Processed using the Noble Process — a full macerated cherry method involving anaerobic fermentation with yeast in sealed tanks for 5–10 days, followed by drying on raised beds. Flavor notes include strawberry yoghurt, passion fruit, roasted almond, lemon zest, peach, brown sugar, and a plum tea-like finish. Medium-light bodied, juicy, round, and tea-like. Scored 88/100 by internal cupping.
