This collection features Geisha variety coffee from Black Moon farm in the Alto Quiel region of Boquete, Panama, grown at 1,700–1,780 meters. The coffee is offered in two distinct processing expressions: Lot 21, a natural process with notes of blood orange, clementine, and nectarine; and Lot MYS9, an anaerobic natural process with notes of strawberry, passion fruit, jasmine, and lavender. Both lots are cultivated using regenerative agricultural practices to ensure sustainability and quality.
