This coffee is a Bourbon Tekisic variety from the Las Tres Hermanas farm in the Dipilto mountains of Nicaragua, grown at altitudes reaching 1600 meters. It undergoes a Carbonic Macerated Natural process, where cherries are fermented in temperature-controlled tanks before drying. The flavor profile is characterized by boozy fruit notes reminiscent of Kriek cherry lambic, mixed tropical fruits, tinned pineapple, passionfruit kombucha, ripe mango, vanilla, and a black tea finish. This coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.

Scenery Coffee Roasters was founded in London in 2023 by a trio with a combined three decades of experience in the specialty coffee industry. They roast on a Loring S35, producing on set days and holding coffee in airtight bulk storage before bagging, a workflow designed around freshness and consistency. Sourcing is forward looking: Scenery works with importers to purchase coffee early while it is still at origin, releasing lots as they land in the UK. All furniture in the space is upcycled, and the approach to materials follows the same minimal intervention philosophy that guides the roasting. Scenery was named a Sprudge Notable Roaster for 2025 and won Sprudge Best Design/Packaging in 2024.
