El Árbol is a coffee farm located in the Dipilto region of northern Nicaragua at an altitude of 1150-1300 meters. The farm focuses on high-quality production and experimenting with new varieties and post-harvest processing. This coffee is a Carbonic Maceration Natural processed Red Bourbon variety. The farm is currently owned and operated by Claudia Lovo and Sasa Sestic, with processing supported by the Bridazul station to ensure rigorous quality control.
