This coffee is a blend of beans from Vietnam and Colombia, featuring the Catimor and Castillo varieties. It undergoes a unique lychee and rose co-fermentation process, resulting in a light roast with an intense, floral flavor profile. Tasting notes include lychee boba, white chocolate, and orchard flowers. The Vietnamese component is sourced from the Lộc Rừng operation in Đưng K’nớ, where farms are situated at an elevation of approximately 1,500 meters, benefiting from stable temperatures and high humidity that contribute to the coffee's distinct quality.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots. With head roaster Jessie leading the vision, they believe all coffees should be drunk with excitement, sourcing some of the most adventurous varietals and processes in the coffee landscape.
