This Red Bourbon coffee is sourced from the Mutambu Commune in the mountainous Mumirwa region of Burundi at 1,700 meters altitude. Produced by 173 local smallholder farmers and processed by the Migoti washing station, this honey-processed coffee is carefully turned and dried to lock in natural fruit sugars. The resulting cup is vibrant and complex, featuring distinct flavor notes of sweet cherry, rich date, and cola.
