This single-origin coffee is produced by Mr. Bekele Gemeda in the Worka village of the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 1780 to 2100 meters, this coffee consists of Ethiopian heirloom varieties and is processed using the washed method. It offers a delicate and complex flavor profile with notes of ripe apricot, iced tea, and sweet lemon. This lot is part of a project focused on farm traceability and supporting individual producers.
