This coffee is a Gesha variety from Mikava farm in the Risaralda region of Colombia. It undergoes carbonic maceration processing followed by prolonged natural fermentation. The beans are selectively harvested as whole cherries and develop a bright, complex profile with prominent acidity. Tasting notes include peach, red berries, plum, and grape with a juicy, wine-forward character and subtle spice.
