The coffee consists of the Pink Bourbon variety and undergoes a semi-washed process, which includes a 24-hour pre-fermentation in cherry followed by a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation. The beans are dried on raised beds for 15 days. This coffee offers a vibrant and complex flavor profile characterized by notes of floral, green apple, green tea, and tangerine.
